Abstract：
 This invention relates to high speed and long variable parallel decoder in its technique field, which is characterized by the following: it adopts pre-computed initial positions of the long variable codes to choose the next code to get one pre-selective initial position of the variable in the memory; then through it to determine the long variable tester value as the relative code length; the same selector chooses the next long code initial position and the other group selects the next initial position in the long codes set.
