Abstract: |
The invention relates to a transient analytical method of relaxing operation layer's gradation power/ground wire in the field of VLSI physical designing. It has the following characters: dividing initial circuit into a plurality of sub-circuit with small scale by a dividing strategy which uses via hole's connecting wire as boundary line; then maps electricity parameter of sub-circuit to father circuit which is formed by boundary joints through relaxing operation; then computes the value of father circuit and the value of each sub-circuit by fast algorithm. It uses C language. |
