Abstract:
A process for preparing 1,3-propanediol from the glycerine as the by-product of biologic diesel oil includes preparing the seed culture medium containing said glycerine, inoculating bacterial spawn, culturing to obtain seed liquid, adding it to the fermentative culture medium containing said glycerine, fermenting while adding said glycerine or the mixture of glycerine and glucose, regulating pH value, desalting, distilling and vacuum rectifying.
