Abstract:
This invention relates to a method for preparing fuel battery bipolar plates with thermoplasticity resin as the adhesive, which applies natural graphite powder, artificial graphite powder or a mixed powder of the two components as the conducting bone material, takes B-3 or A-804 thermoplasticity acrylic acid resin as the adhesive and dissolves B-3 or A-804 to a resin solution to be kneaded with the bone material then to be prilled, dried, crushed and molded to a formation at one run to prepare a proton exchange membrane fuel battery bipolar plate.
