Abstract: |
The invention is a method for testing dynamic parameters of moment instrument of an optical head, firstly outputting amplitude A-fixed sine signals at different frequencies from the low to the high; driving the moment instrument to dither by sine signal; casting a laser beam on the reflecting point of an objective of the moment instrument to measure the dithering speed at the reflecting point; integrating the speed signal to obtain displacement response signals of the reflecting point by the excitation of the sine signals at the above frequencies; respectively, drawing am amplitude frequency characteristic curve and a phase frequency characteristic curve for the moment instrument to obtain the dynamic parameters of the moment instrument from the two curves. The method can make complete and high-efficiency testing of dynamic performance of a moment instrument, applied to evaluating the operating performance of the moment instrument, and having strong practicality. |
