Abstract:
The invention belongs to the technical field of radio frequency identification, in particular relating to a radio frequency (RF) identification card with silicon based integrated antenna. The invention comprises a tag chip integrated with an operating circuit and an antenna, characterized in that: the antenna is integrated on one silicon slice where the tag chip stands; and the invention also comprises an isolation belt integrated between the integrated antenna and an operating circuit of the tag, and an separation layer arranged between the antenna and the silicon slice. The invention pays a price of addition of chip area, i.e. chip manufacturing cost to an extent, for eliminating the cost in making and packaging antenna, thus reducing the cost of the whole RF identification card. In addition, the size of the whole RF identification card is largely reduced, so as to be convenient to be applied to more places needing small-sized tags. The invention is particularly applied to radio frequency identi -fication (RFID) in ultrahigh frequency (UHF) range and above.
