Abstract:
This method enhances polarity of isorhamnetin by the enzyme reaction. We put isorhamnetin, glucoside enzyme and the sugar basis in 0%- 9% ethyl alcohol-watery solution to carries on the response. This invention may remarkably enhance water-solubility of isorhamnetin, as a result, in the industrial production it's easy to be dissolved by the water or the ethyl alcohol and so on polarity solution. As medicine product isorhamnetin glucoside is easy to apply to organism, compared with isorhamnetin. It also may enhance extraction rate of isorhamnetin in the natural products, thus reduces the ethyl alcohol amount in the extraction process. In addition, this invention also enhanced the artifactitious ability isorhamnetin product, expanded its actual application scope.
