Abstract:
Disclosed are a system for testing economy of vehicle carried fuel battery and a method for testing the economy of working order. The system comprises: a portable industrial control machine, a CAN interface card with double separating interfaces and a multi-function data collection card, which are inserted in the PCI extension slot of the portable industrial control machine, a signal modulation unit, a vehicle velocity sensor, temperature and pressure sensors, a driver liquid crystal screen and a screen splitter. The method comprises: displaying pre-defined working order and error belt curve via the driver liquid crystal screen, driving per the curve which can realize testing on working order economy and reflect the economy situation of the fuel battery.
