Abstract:
The present invention relates to preparation process of biodegradable reverse temperature sensitive material used for medicine conveying system, cell embedment, biological tissue engineering and medical equipment. The present invention adopts biodegradable polysaccharide material, such as gelatin, xanthan gum, chitosan and xylan as main skeleton material, and introduces interpenetrating network assistant polyenol to form double crosslinked or hybridized gel network structure. The preparation process includes crosslinking polysaccharide and polyenol in water solution with crosslinking agent, co-dissolving with polyhydric phosphate in ice bath, and regulating pH to 6.8-7.4 with saturated disodium biphosphate solution after reaction, so as to obtain biodegradable sol-gel conversion system for injection. The material can form gel at 37 deg.c, is temperature sensitive and the added polyenol has the functions of raising hydrophobic performance, raising gel strength, etc.
