Abstract:
The invention relates to a plane dot matrix complex plate which belongs to aeroplane and complex material structure design technique. The plate is made up of several complex layer pressing plate embedded into each other so to form a plane dot matrix grid plate each grid of which is a hexagram space. The production technique includes follows steps: first produce complex laminated sheet with traditional technique and process the sheet into grid plate with gaps according to the design, the depth of the gaps is one second as the height of the grid plate, plates are assembled together at the gaps with adhesive forming dot matrix complex plate after many assembling. The structure in the invention enhances the loading efficiency of complex material structure with a reduced weight, moreover the technics is simple and the cost is low. Based on this structure, functional design can be performed acquiring intelligence, hiding and other ability requirements.
