Abstract：
 The present invention provides one kind of expression vector including one nucleotide sequence, which codes SARS-CoV and AIBV main proteinase cut specific substrate sequence. The expression vector also includes affinity label coding gene, such as GST, His-Tag, maltose binding protein and thioredoxin. The present invention also provides the method of utilizing the expression vector to prepare recombinant protein. SARS-CoV and AIBV main proteinase are used as tool enzyme for cutting fusion protein after affinity chromatography to obtain high purity target protein. The present invention also provides one kind of kit including the expression vector of the present invention and one kind of tool enzyme.
