Abstract： |
The present invention is complicated organ similar precursor and its construction and culturing method. Based on the structure and functional characteristic of human body organ, 3D complicated organ similar precursor mold and its forming path is first designed by means of computer software, the rudiment for the organ is then formed through fast formation or other cell assembling technology to mixing and stacking seed cell and matrix material, and the rudiment is finally trained and inducing cultured with auxiliary culture device for functional organ conversion. The present invention can simulate the structure and function of complicated organ to realize the construction of 3D complicated organ similar precursor, raise the mechanical strength of the 3D complicated organ similar precursor to make it possess some special functions and make the organ similar precursor to convert to natural organ. |
