Abstract: |
This invention provides universal air servo acceleration damper; it belongs to ultra precision machining and measurement field. This invention provides a universal air servo acceleration damper in order to solve the problem of rigidity and damping parameter adjusting is difficult in existing acceleration damper and the defect of difficult realizing universal. It includes cylindrical shell of upper end opening and lower end sealing, piston sealed connected to the shell upper end port by annular rubber film, and separator set between the piston and cavity central section formed by shell. Its feature is that the separator is connected to shell inner wall cavity central section through annular rubber film to make up and lo cavity formed inside damper. The separator move up and down when air pressure of up and down cavity is changing. There are little holes on shell wall of the up and down cavity; the holes are connected to pipe used to inject pressure air. This invention provides simple and reliable, and low cost, strong environmental suitability. |
