Abstract:
Nanometer alumina particle, coupling agent, olefin monomer and active functional group containing olefin monomer as material are made to polymerized in micro emulsion or micro suspension with water medium to prepare nanometer composite functional polymer/alumina particle. The product has the structure with nanometer alumina as core, organic olefin polymer as shell and active functional group on the surface of the shell. The particles have shells connected via chemical bond, particle size smaller than 100 nm and surface functional groups with very high chemical reaction activity. The present invention is suitable for various kinds of inorganic nanometer particles in different shapes and surface properties, and has excellent application foreground in nanometer technology.
