Abstract:
This invention is a burner of adverse current heat exchange mode. It consists of external shell of isolation wall (3) and two isolation walls, which isolate premixed combustible gas and flue gas (5a, 5b), one isolation wall has high coefficient of thermal conductivity, the other one has low coefficient of thermal conductivity, and they formed burning zone (8) at the center of firebox. The isolation wall with higher coefficient of thermal conductivity carries out the recovery of heat from flue gas, and the isolation wall with higher coefficient of thermal conductivity keeps the big temperature difference that is needed by be realized by igniter, comburant catalyst can make the premixed combustible gas auto-igniting or combination firing; efficient conversion of chemical energy to heat energy can be realized by burning of fuel, an integral power generation system is composed of the firebox and thermoelements in isolation wall with lower coefficient of thermal conductivity, it can meet different needs, and has wide application, can be power source of large-volume unit or distributivity-mode generating equipment, it can be the power source of portable/motive equipments after miniaturization.
