Abstract: |
This invention relates to carbon nanometer tube beam---metal heterojunction temperature sensor. It is to connect the carbon nanometer tube beam top end with macroscopic length with the metal conductive thin film and to form the carbon nanometer tube beam ---metal heterojunction at the join point; then to separately lead out electrode from the tail end of the metal conductive thin film and carbon nanometer tube beam to form temperature sensor. When in work, it uses lead wire to connect two electrodes and current signals test device into loop circuit. When the temperature of the heterojunction changes relative to the carbon nanometer tail end , there generates heat current in the loop, which depends on the temperature difference on the two surfaces of the carbon nanometer tube beam. |
