Abstract:
This invention is a multi-wall carbon nanometer tube beam -metal heterojunction photoelectricity sensor and image forming probe and relates to a photoelectricity elements and its utility. It is to connect the carbon nanometer tube beam top end with macroscopic length with the metal conductive thin film and to form the carbon nanometer tube beam ---metal heterojunction at the join point; then to separately lead out electrode from the tail end of the metal conductive thin film and carbon nanometer tube beam to form temperature sensor. It arranges several photoelectricity sensors into one-dimension array or two-dimension array able to form line array scanning dynamic image-forming probe and side static image-forming probe.
