Abstract: |
It is an infrared laser power detector based on disordered multi-wall carbon nanometer tube, which comprises a thin pad of pressed powder of pressed multi-wall carbon nanometer tube and one metal base pad, that is to contact one side of the multi-wall carbon nanometer thin pad with the metal base pad and the other side is covered with metal conductive thin film. When in work , it is first to connect the metal conductive thin film and metal base pad with leas wire and outer circuit; and then to send the infrared laser to the surface of the metal conductive thin film. In this way, with the intensity change of incidence light, the circuit generates light currents with different light intensity. |
