Abstract:
Disclosed is a semiconscious solid fermentation-lixiviation coupled for producing cellulosic enzyme method, belonging to the solid fermentation for producing cellulosic enzyme technical field. It uses the lignocellulose and bran like rice hullas the fermentation substrate, develops a new technique of semiconscious solid fermentation-lixiviation coupled for producing cellulosic enzyme including the courses of ermentation, lixiviation and feeding, only needs for lignocellulose laving been processed simply as the raw material, and the fermentation substrate and reactor have high conversion efficiency, low cost and can easily realize the industrialized application.
