Abstract： |
Belonging to area of modular experimental equipment of ball bed high temperature gas cooled ractor, the invention is especially related to insulation sealing arrangement for leading electricity in high current. The arrangement is composed of seal housing, subassembly of leading electricity, flange and clamp nut. Soldering thick shell body and fine shell body inserted to the thick body produces the seal housing. The subassembly is made through steps: setting up blocking pieces at two ends of leading electrode; sheathing insulator on two ends; wrapping gaskets, blocking pieces; impacting by clamp nut. Inserting the subassembly to the fine shell body and soldering gaskets on two ends of fine shell body so as to form vacuum box. Soldering terminal pad on one end of the thick shell body and then connecting it to seal ring and flange by bolts forms the arrangement. The invention solves issues of seal and insulation. Thus, each related important experiment could be carried out successfully. |
