Abstract: |
A polarized electron emission source consists of electrode and III-V group compound semiconductor one-dimensional nanostructure set on said electrode. It is featured as forming said nanostructure by the first end being electric-connected with electrode and the second end far from said electrode, enabling the second end of said nanostructure to emit polarized electron beam through magnetic field induction when negative bias is exerted on said electrode. The self-rotary polarized electron scan tunnel microscope applying said nanostructure as probe is also disclosed. |
