Abstract： |
The invention discloses a method for culturing a methane-oxidizing bacterium, which adds cetane in the culture medium based on the conventional method of the methane-oxidizing bacterium. Cetane is sheared by the mechanical force so as to form the micro dispersion droplet in the process that methane-oxidizing bacterium is shake cultured, the droplets can improves the dissolvability of methane and the cell can shuttle between the water phase and the organic phase owing to the compatibility of the bacterial cell. The invention can improve the growth speed and the cell density of the methane-oxidizing bacterium, which has the simple culture method, and has the wide application prospect. |
