Abstract: |
The invention relates to a disc eccentric measure method, comprising that setting a disc servo system into focus closed track open state, obtaining the track error signal generated by using the disc servo system to read object disc and finding the number of sine wave at high-frequency section in the track error signal, multiplying the sine wave number with track distance, to find the eccentric value of the disc. The invention only collects the focus closed track open to track error signal, used in flexible test, with adjustable parameters, adjustable rotation speed of main shaft motor and laser head, simple operation, wide application and high accuracy. |
