Abstract: |
The invention relates to a field-emission light source for lighting that comprises a sealed transparent glass shell, anode which is formed on the wall of the glass shell, lamp holder and cathode which is permanently connected with one end of the glass shell. The anode includes anode conductive layer which is formed on the glass shell wall, fluorescence layer which is formed on the anode conductive layer and anode electrode. One end of the anode electrode is connected with anode conductive layer; the other end is connected with the lamp holder. The cathode includes cathode electrode which is connected with the lamp holder and insulated with anode electrode, and electronic emitter which is fixed to the far end from the lamp holder of the cathode electrode. Thereinto, the electronic emitter includes metal conductor and the electron emitting layer which is formed on surface of the metal conductor. The electron emission layer contains definite getter particle, nano material, conductive metal particle and glass. The invention also relates to a method of producing said field-emission light source for lighting. |
