Abstract: |
The method includes following steps: two current conducting basal bodies with their opposite top portions are provided, and the said opposite top portions immerge into solution of containing Nano carbon tubes; applying AC voltage between two current conducting basal bodies to make at least one Nano carbon tube be assembled between their opposite top portions; cutting off current between two current conducting basal bodies, and removing solution between opposite top portions; detaching two opposite current conducting basal bodies to make at least one Nano carbon tube attach to top portion of at least one current conducting basal body so as to form electron source of field emission in Nano carbon tube; modifying surface of the one end in use for emitting electrons in order to make electron source of field emission in Nano carbon tube possess bigger current density of field emission. |
