Abstract: |
The force-assistance executor is a DC permanent magnet motor with brushes and supplies by 12 V battery system. The controller consists of micro-controller module, signal processing module, output control module, power supply module, relay with its driver module, H bridge module, grid driver module and motor current testing module. The characteristic of this invention is that the H bridge module adopts two P-trench type power electronic devices and two N-trench types. The source electrodes of the former lead to the positive terminal of the battery while the latter lead to the negative. The drain electrodes of each group of P type electronic devices are jointed to the drains of the same group of N type. Thus, the power supply module of the grid driver module needs no voltage-raising module. This simplifies the structure of the controller, lowers its cost and raises its reliability. |
