Abstract：
 The invention meets the requirement of keeping the pressure borne by the carbon brush constant in the wear process. The invented device includes the carbon brush in the brush holder and the spring mechanism. It is characterized by that spring mechanism is the stretch spring containing the spring coil body. Each rocker lever is extended from the two ends of the sprnig coil body. The lengths of the two rocker levers are same. There is the locating structure at each end part for supporting the tail of the carbon brush and the body of the motor respectively. The invention can be used in the DC motor to reduce the noise, heat value as well as increase efficiency and prolong the service life.
