Abstract:
An ultrasonic motor is composed of a stator consisting of piezoelectric ceramic ring and metal ring with multiple groups of array teeth arranged on its circumference at intervals, a rotor consisting of the friction ring closely contacted with the said drive teeth and metal ring, central shaft, prefastening regulator consisting of regulating screw and elastic regulator, base and casing. Its advantages include simple polarizing process for ceramic, simple drive mode, high output torque and rotation stability, and long service life.
