Abstract: |
A solid oxide electrolysis cell high temperature electrochemical performance test device is provided, including a high temperature furnace, a high temperature resistance ceramic tube arranged in the high temperature furnace, a material test stent, an electrolysis cell test stent, a temperature sensor probe and an oxygen sensor probe. The material test stent, the electrolysis cell test stent, the temperature sensor probe and the oxygen sensor probe are arranged in the high temperature resistance ceramic tube. Two ends of the high temperature resistance ceramic tube are sealed by flanges. The sealing flanges are equipped with air inlet pipes and air outlet pipes. A measurement conductor used by the device is a platinum wire. The solid oxide electrolysis cell high temperature electrochemical performance test device related by the invention can be used for testing and assessing the electrochemical performances of solid oxide electrode materials, electrolyte materials, materials of function layers of the electrolysis cell and monomer electrolysis cell at various temperatures and under various atmosphere. The device can continuously and stably operate for a long time and has the advantages of multi-function, simple operation and good sealing performance. And the device is suitable for being operated under strong oxidizing or strong reduction atmosphere. |
