Abstract: |
An electroplastic drawing and strengthening technology for manufacturing the high-carbon steel wire features that a DC pulse current generated is connected the deformed region of steel wire and the steel wire is drawn multiple passes while the parameters of pulse power supply and the deformation of steel wire are chosen. The finished steel wire has high surface quality and tension strength and long service life and fatigue life. |
