Abstract:
The present invention relates to one kind of bending vibration mode ultrasonic miniature motor based on square piezoelectric column, and belongs to the field of ultrasonic application. The ultrasonic miniature motor consists of stator exciting ultrasonic vibration, rotor or rotor connected shaft outputting moment, and pre-pressure mechanism pressurizing the rotor. The stator consists of piezoelectric element exciting vibration and matching block. The present invention features that the piezoelectric element exciting bending vibration is a square piezoelectric column with four external electrodes in the four walls for polarizing and exciting vibration. The motor has machinable size range, and may be as small as 0.1 mm, being favorable to minimization of ultrasonic motor. When the input signal has value of 3-6 Vpp, the rotor can rotate on the surface of the stator. The present invention may find its wide application in various fields.
