Abstract： |
The invention discloses an automobile impact test device used for automobile passive safety detection, composed of fixed wall, railway, buffer, release mechanism, guide mechanism and sliding vehicle. The sliding vehicle is connected with the release mechanism and the guide mechanism, and the test vehicle is controlled in the middle of the guide mechanism. The main idler wheel, side shaft idler wheel and vertical idler wheel of the guide mechanism limit the guide idler wheel to move in the vertical and side directions of the guide rail, and at the same time, the movement has considerably small friction resistance. The space adjusting mechanism can implement stepless adjustment of space between guide members. The test vehicle has very strong adaptability and is uneasy to damage structure. The release mechanism works stably, easy to operate and accurately locates. It combines the impact test of the whole vehicle with the automobile simulated impact test in a test table, successfully implementing 'a test table for two uses'. |
