Abstract：
 The present invention which comprises wedge positive electrode, multiplicator formed by two microchannel board cascaded in V shape and detector support for setting microchannel board multiplicator and wedge positive electrode is featured as setting two half-round wedge positive electrode patterns on an insulation substrate, setting insulation isolating line passed through the centre of circle in between two half-round positive patterns and in between germanium films separately and making insulation isolating lines of two faces alignment and parallel.
