Abstract: |
The present invention relates to planar motion mechanism and device for micro robot, and belongs to the field of micro robot technology and precise machine motion control technology. The present invention features that the planar motion mechanism contains four link rods, four connecting blocks, four clamping legs and one piezoelectric/electric telescopic driver. These four link rods and these four connecting blocks constitute via flexible hinges a flexible diamond shaped structure, and the piezoelectric/electric telescopic driver is set between two opposite connecting blocks. Based on the geometric characteristic of flexible diamond shaped structure, the present invention adopts only one single piezoelectric ceramic/electric telescopic driver to complete the omnibearing motion of micro robot. By means of the time sequence control design, the present invention can realize the planar three-freedom motion of micro robot. |
