Abstract： |
The present invention belongs to the field of logistic conveyer and its control technology, and is especially one controllable gummy liquid brake for belt conveyer. The controllable gummy liquid brake for belt conveyer includes driving drum and driven drum installed along the axis of the driving shaft, alternately arranged driving friction plate sets with driving friction plates and driven friction plate sets with driven friction plates, with the friction plate being graphite based, copper based or paper based. The oil film between driving friction plates can ensure stable operation of the conveyer while ensuring dispersion of friction heat produced in most difficult braking state of the conveyer. The present invention has the advantages of less heat production, compact and simple structure, and good interchangeability, and is suitable for use in coal mine, ground and other fields. |
