Abstract： |
This invention provides air spring vibration isolator with adjustable rigidity and damping, it belongs to ultra precision machining and measurement field. This invention discloses an air spring vibration isolator with adjustable rigidity and damping in order to meet different load and vibration isolation needs in different environments. The isolator has hollow shell, inner part is cylindrical form, and there is separator in the shell to form up cavity and down cavity in shell. Many holes are fixed on separator and piston sealing connected to shell is fixed at top part of up cavity, and down cavity bottom is sealed by base plate. There are two rows of axial holes on the separator and they are uniformly distributed along circumference correspondingly. Radial deep holes along separator radial are set at corresponding position to axial holes, damping regulating bar is fixed in each radial deep hole, and there are two slits set on the regulating bar at the corresponding position of the two radial holes. Damping adjustment and rigidity adjustment of vibration isolator can be efficiently realized by this invention. |
