Abstract: |
The invention relates to a method and device used to separate acephate from neutralizer. The device replaces original centrifuge extraction plant with high efficiency filling extracting tower which is made up of tower body, filling, filling position limit board, filling supporting board, liquid distributor, and re-distributor. The separating method is batch extraction operation that extracting agent is sent into tower upper organic phase inlet by organic charge pump and flows down; neutralizer is sent into tower bottom water phase inlet by water phase charge pump and dispersed by distributor both of which are fully contacted at tower inner filling surface to reach high efficiency mass transfer. The loaded extracting agent flow out from the bottom of tower through settling section nature split phase; and its rest overflow out from the top of the tower through settling section nature split phase. Compared with traditional box type centrifuge extraction method, it has the advantages of high separating efficiency, large flux, and low energy consumption etc. |
