Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for using the microwave to process the food, which is formed by a material transportation device and a microwave processing tunnel mounted on said material transportation device. Wherein, the microwave processing tunnel is formed by several microwave processing units while each unit is formed by a processing chamber and a microwave generator mounted on the top of chamber; the whole processing tunnel can be divided into three sections as heating lifting temperature, keeping temperature dehumidifying and decreasing temperature dust cleaning; the side surfaces of microwave processing units at last two sections are mounted with ventilating device. The processed food via the transportation belt made from metallic network is fed through the processing tunnel; the transportation belt keeps contact with the drawing plate of transportation belt in the processing tunnel to avoid the partly overheated of food. The invention has lower cost of production and maintenance, which can dry and disinfect the food continuously synchronously, and it can avoid overheating the food and reducing the seed burgeon rate. The invention can be widely used in the treatment of food and crop seed.
