Abstract:
The invention discloses linear polarized light imaging method and device. Its method includes the following steps: using linear polarized light to do surface illuminating for the organism structure; rotating illuminated polarized angle to detect emitting light with different polarized angle to gain overall polarizing information. Sample illuminated area polarized image is process by the computer to gain functional relationship of the two variables that the polarized angles of the linear polarized light and detecting polarizing component. Thus it can quantificationally gain sample fiber move towards, anisotropy degree, scattering performance etc, use pseudo-color image to display which is more direct viewing.
