Abstract：

The invention is a polarized Q-switched laser able to improve quality of output light beam, belonging to the laser technical field and characterized in that: it comprises pumping source, laser gain medium, active Q-switched component, saturable absorber having absorption anisotropy and dynamic diaphragm characteristic, and mirrors, and it uses the absorption anisotropy and dynamic diaphragm characteristic of the saturable absorber to implement polarized output of the Q-switched laser and improves quality of output light beam. And the invention has advantages of: simple and effective, and stable and reliable to operate, and solves the problem that the traditional techniques increase system complexity and reduce system stability.
