Abstract: |
An optical coder with two dimensions is manufactured with a proper substrate material which has two dimentional optical coding processed by the microprocessing method on it. The optical coder with two dimensions can be used as a carrier to be applied to large-scale compound synthesis for control of the synthetic reaction process and also can be used for making the biological chip and screening of compound high-flux. It is simple in structure, is flexible and has large capacity in coding, can be widely used in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy and biology for unit identification in chemial reaction or for the automatic control. |
