Abstract: |
The flying head includes burdening mini worktable, SIL and focusing lens. Underside of burdening mini worktable is quasi-spherical surface. There is a center slot in front end of the burdening mini worktable. Upper part of SIL is in spherical cap surface, and the lower part is cuboid base seat for chucking positioning. SIL is embedded into center slot on the worktable. The focusing lens through columned platform is cohered on surface of the burdening mini worktable. Advantages are: ensuring constant back working distance of lens, raising near field coupling efficiency, flying stability and antidisturbing capability. |
