Abstract： |
Purpose of the disclosed light guiding plate is to solve issue of lower use ratio of light energy in current light guiding plate. The light guiding plate includes light guiding base plate. Grating structure in sub wavelength is setup on light coming out face of light guiding base plate. Inside the light guiding base plate, there are two principal stresses or two principal strains along two directions perpendicular to each other. Included angle between direction from one principal stress or principal strain and incident light face of the light guiding base plate is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 90 degree. Deference of principal stress between two principal stresses or Deference of principal strain between two principal strains generates approximate same phase delay for lights in multiple lengths inside the light guiding base plate. The phase delay is near to halfwave plate. The invention also discloses back light module of using the light guiding plate. |
