Abstract：
 The chip device includes parts: substrate of horizontal groove (HG) composed of first part of HG and second part of HG connected to each other; first vertical groove with optical fiber being installed is setup on one side of HG, and second vertical groove is setup on the other side of HG; feed liquor pool, filtrate liquor pool, and sample introduction pool for luminescence reagent are setup at outer end of first part and second part of HG, and second vertical groove; a cover board is attached to substrate closely; laser coaxial to first vertical groove, and optical fiber introduces laser into the chip device; photomultiplier with filter is located below the substrate; fluorescence microscope is above the joint between first and second HG. The granule to be tested is introduced to channel and positioned at juncture between coarse channel and thin channel. Thus, multifunctional tests can be carried for the granule. Features are: simple structure, and easy of use and production.
