Abstract: |
The chip device includes parts: a substrate of containing paralleled first groove and second groove in vertical direction on its surface; transverse third groove connected and perpendicular to one end of first groove and second groove; groove size of first groove is different to groove size of second groove; the other end of first groove and second groove is extended out of the edge of the substrate; cover board integrated closely to up face of the substrate; being stuck on external surface of the cover board, the plotting board with scale mark of standard international length unit is made from transparent material. When measuring sample, the method introduces liquid to end of groove so that under drive of capillary force, liquid enters into chip automatically and reaches to balanced state. Measuring height difference between liquid surfaces, and considering density of liquid obtains surface tension of liquid. Features are: simplified measurement, quick real time detection in site. |
