Abstract: |
This invention relates to a laser array device including multiple laser luminescent units to realize power densed array output of multiple laser luminescent units applying compact optical turnaround structure and a compensation structure, which can compensate paths in a small volume to realize equal path output of beams and the units can be laminated on the fast axis direction and lamination of the slow axis direction or other beam transformation by the optical system directly so it's not necessary for them to be arrayed tightly. |
