Abstract：
 Windless inductance component basing negative dielectric constant medium belongs to electronic component technology field. It relates to work medium and two end-electrodes with certainty geometry shape, and the work medium is the dielectric with negative dielectric constant at definite frequency segment and it produces inductance to intercourse signal at given frequency. Its structure is same as routine ceramic ware capacitor. The frequency segment is 100KHz-5000MHz , when the material dielectric constant is negative. The board is silver film on the two opposite sides of work medium. Because the component has the structure as ceramic ware capacitor and the difference of response is 180degreebetween the negative dielectric constant medium and common capacitance to intercourse signal, the impedance is inductance. Therefore, it is one kind of inductance component with windless structure.
