Abstract:
A method to prepare the contact electrode for high-temperature and superconduction filter by using the mask process includes digging a groove on a thick metal flat plate and placing the filter in the groove, to cut out two narrow seams on the metal thin plate which is the same as the filter, the position of two seams to be the same position of two feedlines on the filter, placing the metal thin plate on the filter in the said groove and exposing the part for making the filter contact electrode on the filter feedline between the seams, fixing the metal thin plate with pressing sheet, placing the thick metal plate eracted with filter and metal thin plate into a vacuum chamber for plating with metal film; taking out the filter and placing it in a unit with oxygen incoming for annealing, cooling it to room temperature for obtaining the filter with the metal contact electrode.
