A flexible organic electroluminescent device is sequentially composed of flexible substrate layer, buffer layer made of insulating material, anode layer, organic luminous layer consisting of at least one electronic transfer layer or hole transfer layer, and cathode layer. Its advantages are high adhesion between anode (ITO film) and substrate, high air tightness of substrate, high stability and long service life. |
