Abstract：
 The present invention belongs to the field of power system, and is formed from two portions of high-performance digital emulator and signal conversion and interface unit which are connected by means of computer serial communication line and worked on PC machine. Said invention can produce wideband high-frequency (0-500 KHz) high-power transient travelling-wave voltage (positive-negative 100V) and transient travelling-wave current (positive-negative 20A), and uses them as test signal source for relay protection, fault range measurement and wave-recorder, besides, it also can be used as test device capable of testing actuating performance of tested device, for example actuating speed and actuating accuracy.
